Processing & Dispatch Times

We know you want your order fast. That’s why we work on a rapid dispatch schedule:

Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are packed and dispatched on the exact same day.
Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT), or over the weekend/public holidays, will be dispatched the very next business day.

Shipping Times

To ensure the best quality and care in handling your order, our standard shipping window is:

Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free return process.

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.
Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including the intact shoebox/original tags).

How to Start a Return:

Provide your Order Number and mention that you want a return.
Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions within 24 hours.

3. Exchanges (Fast & Easy)

Ordered the wrong size? Want a different colorway instead? We've got you covered with a seamless exchange process to get you the perfect fit.

Eligibility: Same as returns, items must be brand new and unworn within the 30-day window.
The Process: Email us at 📧 sales@ellozia.com with your Order Number and the new size/color you need.
Fast Dispatch: To ensure you don't miss out on inventory, we will hold your requested item and dispatch it immediately once your original package is received back and inspected.

4. Refunds

Fast 7-Day Processing

Once your return arrives back at our facility and undergoes a quick quality inspection, we will trigger your refund immediately.

Refund Timeline: Your money will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

(Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to officially reflect in your account).
