Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including the intact shoebox/original tags).

3. Exchanges (Fast & Easy)
Ordered the wrong size? Want a different colorway instead? We've got you covered with a seamless exchange process to get you the perfect fit.

Eligibility: Same as returns, items must be brand new and unworn within the 30-day window.

Fast Dispatch: To ensure you don't miss out on inventory, we will hold your requested item and dispatch it immediately once your original package is received back and inspected.
4. Refunds
Fast 7-Day Processing
Once your return arrives back at our facility and undergoes a quick quality inspection, we will trigger your refund immediately.

Refund Timeline: Your money will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
(Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to officially reflect in your account).
